Earl Gooden

Earl and Sarah have been happily married for over 20 years and are enjoying the adventure of raising their three vibrant teenagers. Earl has served in leadership at GodFirst for more than two decades, including over 12 years as an elder. Outside of his church responsibilities, Earl works full-time in the financial services industry and stays active through cycling and playing football with friends. Sarah is part of the RISE team at GodFirst and has over 25 years of experience as a paediatric nurse. She has worked in a variety of settings and has also contributed to a local charity focused on supporting young people's mental health. Together, Earl and Sarah are passionate about fostering a community where individuals can thrive and discover their God-given purpose.
