Newday Bake Sale

On Sunday 23rd June, we're holding a Bake Sale to raise money to help get the youth to Newday (A Christian Youth Festival). Please bake a cake (NO nuts) to sell and bring your cash to buy a lovely treat on the day. Thanks!

Baptisms

If you're interested in finding out more about baptism, we're running Exploring Baptism on Sun 23rd June, during the morning meeting, in preparation for baptisms on Sun 14th July. Please click here if you'd like to find out more or sign up.

Picnic Lunch Together

Building community and connection are so important and what better way to do it than over food. On Sun 30th June, we have another opportunity to have lunch together - this time a picnic in the sunshine on Mudeford Rec. Click herefor exact location. It's an easy walk from The Runway (click here for map), or there is a limited amount of parking for those that need it. See you there.

Community Family Party

Bring your children, grandchildren, friends or neighbours with children to our Summer Partyon Tues 25th June, 5:30-7pm.
Previous parties have been great fun, with lots of families in the building, getting a taste of the kingdom of God.

Prayer for the Nation

On Sun 23rd June, 6pm, gather with other Christians in Christchurch at the Elim church (Christchurch Christian Centre - Millhams Street) for a special Prayer For The Nation meeting, which will last around one hour. Together, we are the one Church in Christchurch, and there is much power as God's people come together in united prayer.

Discovering Kingdom Culture

What do we mean by 'The Kingdom of God' and what does 'Kingdom Culture' look like? When people encounter you and I, do they taste something of what heaven might be like? We will explore all of this and more at our 3 week Discovering Kingdom Culture course. We want to be people who are learning to think and live like Jesus, expressing heaven on earth just as He did, so we can transform the world. Click here to sign up.

In preparation for the general election, Chris Brockway and the churches in Christchurch are holding a hustings on Fri 28th June, 7pm at The Runway.
