Missions Questionnaire

As part of our response to the prophecy brought to the church two weeks ago by Phil Wilthew we are conducting a church questionnaire. 
We are seeking to gather data about the wealth of mission interest and experience in the church. This will greatly help us as we continue to move into all that God has prepared for us.
