Staff Changes
After many years of faithful service working for GodFirst, Chris Gibbons has stepped down from his role in finance. During his time in the role, GodFirst has grown in size and moved to The Runway, and Chris has played an important part in establishing a wide range of financial systems and processes over the years. He has now decided that this is the right time to take his well-earned retirement. We will still see Chris in his familiar role in the worship band. Thank you, Chris! We wish you and your family every blessing.
As Chris steps down, we are pleased to announce that Sooeun Bannister has successfully interviewed for the finance role to replace him. Sooeun already serves at GodFirst and, in her professional life, has extensive experience managing finances for different organisations. She is also a qualified accountant and is looking forward to using her professional experience to serve God in a church setting.
We would like to extend our warm welcome and congratulations to Sooeun.

BCP Churches Together - Prayer & Baptism
We're excited to be joining with other churches across BCP to host baptisms on the beach. You're invited to come together to pray on Sun 17th May, 6pm at Lovechurch, Gervis Rd, BH1 3ED.
Baptisms will be on Sun 28th Jun - if you'd like to be baptised, please email the office and someone will get in touch with you to explore this further. We won't be meeting at The Runway that day, but on the beach - more details to follow.

Freelance Vacancy: Social Media Lead
We are looking for a freelance, part-time Social Media Lead to help grow and strengthen our online presence. This role is focussed on taking what is already happening in the life of the church, including teaching, testimonies, and ministry and communicating it clearly and effectively through social media, with the intended outcome to equip believers and reach the unsaved. Join Colin Bennet for the 6th Encouragement Conference. This is a great opportunity for those that work in the community to be encouraged, encourage others and to share and be prayed for in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Lansdowne Church have an exciting event coming up for families & your friends: a LEGO event with the charity Go Chatter Studios.
