Gift Day Update

Thank you so much to everyone who has given into the Building Gift Day, which will be used towards staffing and the further development of the building. So far, we have raised around £32,000 which is incredible; thank you so much! If you missed last Sunday, there'll be another opportunity to give on Sunday or via the website. Thank you again!

Men's Breakfast

GodFirst men, you are invited to Forged— a place where men know God more deeply, are secure in their identity in Christ, and live with courage, humility and purpose. Forged is a space for friendship, honest conversation, spiritual growth and encouragement as we learn to think and live like Jesus together.
All men aged 16+ are invited to our Full English Breakfast on Sat 25th April, 8:30am at The Runway! This will an amazing opportunity to build friendships and discuss the future of Forged.

Parents' Prayer

Join the Family Team on Wed 18th March, 7pm-9pm, The Runway.
Come along and pray with the family team and other parents as we pray for ourselves and our families.

Help Needed: Painting!

Exciting times: we're ready to start painting the newly developed rooms in the building. If you have free time and would be willing to get involved in this, or other parts of the building, please contact Andy Selby who will coordinate all that's needed.

Saxon Sq Good Friday Service

Join other churches in Christchurch on Good Friday, Fri 3rd April, 11am, in Saxon Square to remember all that Jesus did on the cross. This is a great opportunity to be a light in the town. Bring a deckchair. In the event of wet weather, it will be at The Runway.

Thanksgiving Service for John Peters

For those who knew John Peters, his Thanksgiving Service is on Friday 10th April, 11:30am, St Thomas’s Church, Lymington. Friends of John and Lis are very welcome to join the family to celebrate John’s life and testimony.

Concert of Friendship

On Tues 17th March, 7:30pm, we have the privilege of hosting this event for the town and the mayor - it would be brilliant to have lots of GodFirst people there. The Christchurch and District Band and the Orchestra of Schubart Gymnasium and Faltenrock, from Aalen, Germany are putting on a concert to celebrate 45 years of Town Twinning. It'll be a fantastic evening of music featuring 3 bands, over 80 musicians, featuring a massed bands finale. Click here for further information and tickets.

Car Parking

Great news! - we’ve been able to secure 30 additional car parking spaces with a local business, so you may be directed there on Sunday morning. As we look to improve our facilities for all, in the coming weeks we will detail about how the parking flow will operate.

New Leadership Structure

We are delighted to have launched our new organisation on 1st March. This is an exciting step in our journey as a church family. If you haven’t already done so, please take some time to watch Emma's video with vision for the Encounter area.

Youth Summer Camp Update

We’re stepping into a new season - click here to read an update from Jack Spong about why our youth are moving from Newday to Dreaming The Impossible (DTI) this summer.
