Cake Sale for Newday
We're excited to be taking 24 of our teenagers to the Newday Festival. On Sun 20th July there's a cake sale to raise funds, so if you can, please bring a cake, cookies or cupcakes to sell, or if not, dig deep to buy the cakes and bless the teens that are heading to Newday! Let's be praying for them to have incredible encounters with Jesus!
Summer Party for 5-11s
Join us on Thur 24th July, 5:30pm for our School's Out Summer Party. These parties have been a great place for our own kids to have fun, as well as reach out to the local community. Please invite neighbours, friends and family. Flyers available at The Runway. Sign up here.
Help Needed!
It's exciting that we're preparing the ground for the next phase of building work to start. On Tues 22nd July, the 'Wilderness' needs to be cleared, so if you're able-bodied and available to help, please email Justyn Pride or Andy Selby.
The Cafe
As you heard on Sunday, it's exciting that planning for the Cafe at The Runway is well underway, looking to open three days a week in the Autumn. The team really need some willing volunteers who would be able to serve in the Cafe. Lost Property
On Sunday, we will have a table with all lost property (gathered over the last year!). Please take anything that's yours, the rest will be donated to charity. Thanks!

Summer Camp Day Visitors
As the Summer Camp approaches, we'd love to get more of an idea of day visitor numbers. If you're planning to come on Sat 23rd, Sun 24th August or both, please sign up here asap.
GodFirst 40th Anniversary
On Sun 14th Sept, we're celebrating 40 years of this church: first, New Covenant Church, then Family Church, now GodFirst. If anyone has any photos of key events or literature stashed away, please let the office know. More details to follow.
Food Bank Needs
With the Summer holidays approaching, the food bank are conscious that they don't have any 'back-up' store. If you're able to, please drop a few tins into the box at The Runway (or Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Library, Santander etc.) Their current needs are: UHT Milk cartons, tinned meat meal (chilli, curry, stew and pies) Tinned carrots and tinned sweetcorn, pasta sauce jars and soup. Thank you!
Mission TripOpportunity
