THIS SUNDAY: Baptisms on the Beach: 21st June
PLEASE NOTE - NO SUNDAY SERVICE AT THE RUNWAY
Last year saw a fantastic moment of public baptisms on the beach by some BCP churches. This year, it is expanding and we are delighted to be part of this gathering. WE ARE NOT MEETING AT THE RUNWAY, but invite you to join us and other BCP churches for this short baptism service on Boscombe Beach.
The morning will start at 9:30 am with sung praise and worship (click here to download song lyrics). You're very welcome to get there early to test out the waters and enjoy fellowship with believers from across the area.
We'll then move into some testimonies and hear God's word preached. Toward the end of the service we'll be heading into the sea for our baptisms - Alla & Jack from GodFirst.
Why not bring some food and stay for a picnic.
Arrive from 9 am, and head for the GodFirst banner at our designated stretch of the beach front. We'll be gathering West of Boscombe Pier. Click here for more details.

Our Dorset Art Weeks exhibition was a wonderful success, welcoming 225 visitors over 16 days and providing a fantastic opportunity to showcase the creativity of our GodFirst Monthly Art Group. A dedicated team of our art group volunteers helped create a warm and welcoming environment, offering hospitality, conversations, and a chance for many people to step inside The Runway, who may not otherwise have visited. We were delighted to sell 28 pieces of artwork, including first-time sales for several artists, and received many encouraging comments about the quality and variety of the work alongside the welcome visitors received. One couple who had visited many group exhibitions during Dorset Art Weeks described ours as the best they had seen. Beyond the artwork itself, the exhibition opened doors for meaningful conversations and opportunities to share the love of God, with moments where visitors experienced the church as a place of warmth, creativity, and welcome.
On Fri 17th July, 7pm, you're invited to enter a team for a fundraiser quiz night, run by GodFirst Youth. This money will help financially support those who would like to come, as well as contributing to the overall cost.
£10 p/team (maximum of 4 per team). Payment on the day.
There will be a variety of rounds and the whole evening will be organised and run by our young people. Please come and support us!

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Catering and Café Manager to help grow our café and catering services within our church charity - Could this be you? Click here for all details. Application deadline 30th June.
Over the past six months, Gate 15 café has become a welcoming and valued part of our community. This has been made possible through the dedication and leadership of our volunteer café manager, Irene.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Irene for her commitment in establishing the café and guiding its day-to-day operations. Her time, energy, and enthusiasm have been instrumental in creating a warm and inviting space that reflects our church’s values of hospitality and community.
The strong foundation Irene and her team have built positions the Gate 15 café well for its next phase as we move to appoint the staff role of Catering and Café Manager. We are deeply grateful for her faithful service and the lasting impact she has made.
Thank you for your continued prayer for the work of Pace in local schools. Click here for their June Newsletter.
