Believe & Become
Are you new to GodFirst and want to find out more about us? This term, we're running Believe and Become sessions on Sunday mornings. These sessions are for those that are exploring whether GodFirst is the church for you.

Exploring Baptism
We believe in and practise full-immersion, water baptism. We do this, following Jesus’ example and as an act of obedience to Him.
If you would like to be baptised, we're running an Exploring Baptism session on Sun 3rd March, 11am, during the Sunday morning service, in preparation for baptisms on Sun 31st March.
This gives everyone an opportunity to ask questions, be encouraged and understand more about baptism.

Discovering Kingdom Culture
Our next 3 week course begins on Thur 14th March, 7:30pm at The Runway.

We will explore what is meant by ‘The Kingdom of God’, what Kingdom Culture looks like and what it means to be a citizen of Heaven; expressing Heaven on earth, just as Jesus did, so we can transform the world.

Thrive: Strength & Balance
The Thrive team is delighted to announce a new weekly class for those of you who feel you would benefit from some exercise to develop your strength, balance and mobility. These will run straight after Pop In Café and will be led by Ruth Bishop, who has extensive experience running these types of sessions. World Day of Prayer
Join with others around Christchurch, and the world, to pray on Fri 1st Mar. The Christchurch branch of the World Day of Prayer are holding two services: 10:30am & 7pm at St. George's Church, Jumpers Rd, Christchurch. All are welcome.
