Enjoy listening to Natalie reading the story
Watch the story again here together with those at home.
Here are some activities that you might like to do after watching the videos
Play a more or less game: place threading beads or blocks into two piles and then guess which one has more. Count the blocks to see if you were correct.
God wasn't pleased with the rich man's gift. He gave lots of money, but he didn't need it. He still had enough money to live happily and buy what he needed. He didn't have to trust God to look after him. The poor woman gave everything she had. She had to trust God to look after her. She trusted that God was interested in her little gift and that He could do something important with it.
Make a little coin purse or bag to keep pennies that you find safe. Examples can be found here https://biblecraftsandactivities.com/crafts-for-the-widows-mite/ Talk about keeping them safe until we can give them to God. He can use our little gifts in amazing ways.
Thank God that we can trust him to look after us whether we have lots to give or only a little.
There is some colouring to do here too.
