Activities/Info for the parents

If you're eating hot cross buns today, talk about how the shape of the bun looks a bit like the stone that covered the tomb and the cross on top reminds us that Jesus died for us. It was a sad day for the family and friends of Jesus when he died. But it is such a good day for us. Jesus died so that we can be friends with God. How amazing is that?! You could even bake your own hot cross buns or make them out of playdoh.
